Wealth of Knowledge and Experience

John brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to our home buying process and was great to work with as first time home buyers. He was very patient, explained every part of the process for us, and was always available and able to arrange his schedule to meet our needs. John has experience in the contracting and construction business. so he brought a real knowledge of and eye for structural integrity, electrical and plumbing systems and was very tuned into each component of every house we looked at. When we first started working with John, he took us out for a drink in Newburyport and got to know us and what we were looking for in a home and from that moment on, he made recommendations for us based on our preferences. We never felt like he was trying to talk us into something we didn’t want. We decided mid-way through our working with John to start looking in the Boston suburbs, which was not necessarily convenient for John, but amazingly he continued to work hard for us, did multiple visits with us to the house we ended up purchasing, and was very thorough and tough during the negotiation and purchasing process. His knowledge of the process was EXCELLENT! We couldn’t be happier about our experience with John; very respectful, always available and prompt in getting back to us, and we feel like we got the best deal we could have gotten under his guidance.

Seriously look no further. As my wife and I were novice home buyers, he provided a SEAMLESS transition towards buying our first home. From the timely responses from all parties by phone, email, and text, we were able to see homes based on his advice. Great Experience

During our first house hunt my fiance and I had many questions and concerns entering the housing market for the first time. We were looking for a house with a nice layout that was a little distressed that we could fix up and make our own. The first house we met John after 5 minutes of touring the property he told us to run the other way pointing out many serious flaws that we may have overlooked. He continued to show us properties over the upcoming months always giving his honest opinion of the properties value, Condition etc. John always seems to have his clients best interest in ind instead of merely trying to “sell” them a house. When finally found the house we wanted he helped us negotiate and ultimately own a great property with good upside potential. Great Realtor!

I started my search, on line, on a Sunday night. Left a message as it was his property. He called me back within 5 minutes (Very impressive as it was about 9:00pm). Always answers his phone. Knows the town well and knows the process. Carried binoculars in his car so we could look at chimney conditions. Would get into crawl spaces to see how insulation was, conditions of vents, etc. Great Realtor!
