With over 10 years in the real estate industry as a licensed realtor, real estate paralegal, accredited HomeStager and established “flipper”, Joanne brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to all her clients. Joanne began her real estate career working with the first “We Buy Ugly Houses” franchise in Massachusetts, HomeVestors. At HomeVestors, Joanne created one of the first flipping apprenticeship programs in Massachusetts; where she trained real estate investors how to flip properties. After HomeVestors, Joanne worked for a private real estate investment company in Newburyport, MA., CBC Realty Investments, as the Director of Acquisition and Sales. While at CBC Realty, Joanne acted as buying and selling agent, designer, ran the rehab construction crew, and flipped over 24 properties. Joanne specialized in finding deep discounted properties, cost-effective rehab, and selling properties for top dollar. Joanne is also a professional Home Stager, receiving the distinguished Accredited Staging Professional Master (ASPM®) designation by Barb Schwarz, creator of Home Staging concept.
As a top real estate producer, Joanne brings her depth of knowledge in the real estate market and her expertise in construction and design to all her clients. While balancing life with her love for real estate, you can find Joanne either paddle boarding, salsa dancing, or walking her big red Irish setter dog, Max. Joanne has strong ties to her ethnic heritage and speaks fluent Portuguese and conversational Spanish.
Paul grew up in the Merrimack Valley and graduated from Central Catholic and Plymouth State University. He taught history and coached basketball in his early years before moving into real estate. Having an interest in politics he had spent time as a State Representative in New Hampshire and was also a member of the School Board.
Shortly after moving to the seacoast with his family Paul started Keenan Realty with his brother, Charlie. He has been an active Realtor in Massachusetts and New Hampshire for over 30 years working with both residential and commercial properties. Paul is now very excited to join Wellsco Realty as an Associate Broker. He will be sharing his deep knowledge with the entire Wellsco team in his roles of recruiting, training and development.
Paul will also assist select buyers and sellers on the North Shore, an area he has loved to live in and knows extremely well. When not working, Paul enjoys spending time with his family and staying active politically to promote education and health care issues.
Alison goes the extra mile to find you the perfect home or to get your home sold! With a background in marketing and real estate office management, Alison covers all the bases from contracts & negotiations to assistance with staging and marketing. Her marketing package, including video & social media will get your home the attention it deserves, and her responsiveness, communication, and attention to detail will make you feel completely at ease. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I worked for an IT Staffing firm. My role at the firm was to help the company grow their business through lead generation sales.

I have been a Greater Boston resident for many years and love living close by to such a vibrant and diverse city. This area which is so close to world class universities, hospitals and silicon valley east is unmatched in many ways. In addition, the proximity to skiing, beaches and boating makes the picture complete for work/life balance.
My background in large advertising and PR agencies allows me to quickly see the positives and potential in properties. It informs me on how to communicate those benefits and how properties may best be developed and showcased. I specialize in equestrian properties, rehab projects and first home buyers.
I have known Marisa as a former co-worker and contacted her when moving from Cohasset to the North Shore. She helped me find the condominium complex that best suited my needs. She asked the right questions to help me avoid wasting time and energy looking at wrong towns and complexes. I was not surprised that she was very professional and easy to work with.
We are moving from out of state and Marisa has helped us look at homes in the Newbury and West Newbury areas. She has a great understanding of the local equestrian community and its resources. Although we may not purchase until next year she has been very professional, responsive, and reliable.

Ben graduated from the Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Masters Degree in Architecture. He gained his professional design experience from Architectural firms in the greater Boston area. In addition to his design experience, Ben has led both remodeling and new construction projects which involved design, budgeting, permitting, and construction management.
Since 2009, Ben has been a licensed real estate agent with a focus on investment properties and rentals. In the fall of 2009 he went through as intensive three month training program offered by a real estate investment company in Newton, Massachusetts. During this time, he learned how to find real estate deals, run comps, do repair estimates, and interview homeownersand real estate professionals to maximize profits.
In the spring of 2010, Ben opened a real estate investment division of Legare Homes, LLC and has successfully facilitated the completion of numerous “house flipping” and development projects.

As a closing law firm and title company here in Massachusetts, we have had the pleasure of working with John Wells of Wellsco on many deals, with many clients and over many years.
