Tom is excited to now work full time as a real estate agent after many years as a builder and contractor. His exceptional construction and listening skills will work together to assist clients find or build the right home. He is a classic all the way. After growing up in New Jersey his family moved to Boxford, MA when he was in high school. During six years in the Marines he was stationed in Hawaii, Japan and other points in the far east where he started to develop his values of leadership by example, straight talk and fair play. In his downtime he would surf the waves in Oahu and visit historic landmarks in Asia.
After deployment he spent time in Nevada studying carpentry and building and getting certified as a journeyman. He had a passion for architecture and started to build custom homes for his clients. His adventurous side also found him learning to fly small aircraft and racing motorcycles in the growing Southwestern state. When Tom returned to Massachusetts he started his own construction company and obtained his real estate license to sell the homes he built on the north shore. He enjoyed raising three college aged children as well as being a kayak guide for ERBA (Essex River Basin Adventures) and learning the art of woodturning. He loves the Newburyport area for its vibrant but close to nature tone. You may see him snowboarding at Smugglers Notch or running his rescue labs at Mill Pond.
I have been a greater Boston resident for many years and love living close by to such a vibrant and diverse City. This area which is so close to world class Universities, Hospitals and Silicon Valley East is unmatched in many ways. In addition the proximity to skiing, beaches and boating makes the picture complete for work/life balance.
My background in large advertising and PR agencies allows me to quickly see the potential in properties, how to communicate those benefits and how properties may best be developed and showcased. I specialize in equestrian properties, rehab projects and first home buyers.
