Lending Needs

It’s important to have a lender who is highly responsive to you and who guides you carefully through the buying process.   I have had some terrible experiences with non-responsive – or incompetent – loan officers from places like Ocean Bank, Danvers Bank, Mortgage Network, East-West and others.  I have had transactions unable to close because of mistakes made by other lenders, including Bank of America.    I have had lenders unwilling to work with clients who have special circumstances that require extra work.

I am very selective of who I work with.  I expect from my loan officers that they will be available evenings and weekends for clients – when you need them, when we are ready to make an offer and have questions, and when we need to demonstrate your strength as a buyer to sellers.  During the course of a transaction there are a lot of details and deadlines to be attended to, and I stay on top of that.   I need a lender who will get us answers when we need them and recognize the importance of timeliness and accuracy.

You may choose whomever you wish as your lender.  Using your current bank is often not the best choice.   The lenders listed below are among the best in the industry, will take excellent care of you, and do everything in their power to help us through a successful transaction.     In addition, some local banks will provide good service and programs, but steer clear of the very large national banks and the lenders who “bait and switch” you with low rates that you don’t qualify for!

Working as a loan officer since 1997, he specializes in residential lending of one to four unit properties, including single family residences, second homes and investment properties.  Product offerings include traditional fixed rate mortgages, adjustable rate mortgages (ARMs), 10 to 30 year amortization periods, conventional and jumbo loans, and the various Government programs including FHA, VA, and USDA Rural Housing.
